Outside at Daniel's

The boys are having a great time visiting with Cousin Daniel! We arrived when Daniel was still at daycare, and when he got home, he probably thought a tornado had hit in his absence -- the twins had done a good job of scattering toys across the whole living room!

James can now climb up the playset on his own, and can climb all the way up the slide! (This was all well and good except at the end when he decided he could also go down the ladder facing forward -- nope!
We caught him before he learned a lesson about gravity. He also about gave me a heart attack when he stepped backwards to let Daniel come up the slide, and then stumbled back a step or two -- a little too close to tumbling off the other edge. Yikes! But all's well that ends well.)

Matthew had a fantastic time playing with the hose. It's a little easier to squeeze than ours, so Auntie Nora's lawn and garden is now well-watered. (James got well-watered once or twice, too, and seemed to enjoy it! He tried drinking out of the hose, too, but that doesn't work so well on the "mist" setting.)
