We continued our medical week with a trip to the vet for Stanley's annual check-up. He was a very good boy, even for the shots! Everything looked fine except the poor guy needs a dental cleaning. Mike also went for a visit with his new primary care doctor (five years living here and he finally has one!) He's still slowly recovering from what they now think was a virus, and the recommendation was for more vitamin D (including sunshine) and more rest. Good thing we have a vacation coming up!
We also said goodbye to our temporary babysitter B today. In some ways it seems like she just started, since the time has gone so fast, but in other ways she seems like a member of the family. She was a wonderful person to have around, and we will miss her!
