The excitement of the past few days has caught up with everyone -- we were all tired today! The bright side was that the boys fell asleep in the car fairly quickly, and napped all the way home. 
Before he fell asleep, Mattie was very excited about going under the overpasses -- he noticed on the way up that it got dark when we went under one, so he was saying, "More bridges! More dark!" (We explained that we weren't in charge of whether there were going to be bridges or not, but fortunately there are a bunch right on the way out of Richmond, so he was happy.)
