Sweet and Sour Lockport

 When all the cousins were here, we spent a morning by the Erie Canal in Lockport. Lucky for us, we were there for both the farmer's market and the old-fashioned lock demonstration.  (The lock demonstration was cool -- but it did take a very long time to get the boat from one lock to the next!)  The farmer's market included tastings of both a VERY tart cherry syrup and delicious apricot jam!  Of course, we finished up the visit with Lake Effect ice cream.
