American Niagara

We had a great visit to Niagara Falls with the cousins (back at the start of July).  We started out with Cave of the Winds, but they have a much nicer system now -- they have timed tickets, and they take you through a historical exhibit and a brief video before getting into the line for the elevators. It's still a pretty hefty time commitment, but not as much just baking in the sun as it was before.

Also new this year (at least to us) was a huge bird nesting area near the start of the walkway -- with the associated smell!  The walk by the waterfall was as amazing as usual, though.

We had a picnic lunch, and then rode Maid of the Mist. After that, some of us headed off to Canada, and some headed home. (Erin didn't have her passport, and James was tired!)

Pictures are a bit out of order, sorry!
