Jump!

Discovery Days also included an array of bouncy houses, including this one, where the kids had to jump over a spinning pole.

There was also an obstacle course one that James loved.  While the cousins were there, he wanted to go on different ones with Cooper, but when the cousins went back to the hotel, James did the obstacle course over and over again -- and then he wanted us to time him so that he could beat his time. (The kid's a competitor!)  Interestingly, it turned out that the guy who was supervising the obstacle course also had a son (now an adult) who had hearing loss (and was featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul because a basketball player found out about him and bought him a hearing aid).

(Of course, the downside of the bouncy house obstacle course was that James's g-tube fell out, which meant a visit to an urgent care center in Rapid City the next day to get it put back in, but so it goes. Usually we can put it back ourselves, but it didn't work out this time.)
