Now that December is here, the boys were eager to start decorating for Christmas. Mike put up the artificial tree (we are hoping to go to the tree farm and get a real one when the weather is a little less soggy), and the boys started decorating. They were also inspired by a bag of jingle bells to make their own Christmas things -- James's is an ornament, and Matthew's is an instrument. (Mattie started by saying, "Let's see what's in the recycling!" He picked out an old formula can and covered it with construction paper, and then added on the jingle bells on strings.)
