Fukuoka by Night

 One of Fukuoka's attractions is the food stands (yatai) that open by the side of the canal at night. They mainly serve ramen (and beer) and they have a set of seats around them for the customers.  They aren't large, so each one only seats about eight or ten people. It was a fun way to spend an evening!  The friend I went with was vegetarian, so we picked the stall that also had a fish option (not so easy to find). :)
