Drums in the Night

 There is some kind of celebration (we think maybe some kind of Chinese religious celebration, but we're not sure) going on across the river from our apartment.  It involves very loud drums, a dragon on sticks, and people carrying around empty chairs on poles.  With the amount of sound they're making, we are confident that any evil spirits have been well and truly scared away!
