Meat Raffle

 James's gym had another Meat Raffle as a fundraiser this year.  Our babysitters weren't available, so Matthew and James came along this year, and our friends Kelly and Jake joined us as well.  (We also came prepared with snacks this time!)

The event was at the Polish Falcon club this year, so Kelly even ended up with a shirt to celebrate her heritage. :)

We had slightly better raffle luck this year than last year...except that two of our winning tickets were for Pizza Logs, which to us is like the booby prize of the meat raffle. You'd think that anything involving pizza should be pretty good, but pizza logs are basically like mozzarella in an egg roll wrapper.  We tried them once at a restaurant and were not impressed.  Oh well!  We also ended up with some chicken and pork, so can't complain. And Matthew and James enjoyed the thrill of the raffle process.
