Eating Well
The hotel breakfast is, in the words of one of my fellow workshop attendees, formidable. Also, delicious!
For lunch today we went to a nearby Druze village, and the restaurant served us a variety of small plates. The dishes here are largely veggies, especially cucumber and eggplant. Delicious! (And healthy, too, I think.) The only downside is that after such a good meal, everyone was struggling to stay awake for the afternoon talks. :)
The bottom picture is the Bahai shrine and gardens from the top of the hill -- the other day we were looking up from the bottom.
