Jamesie had a great day -- he took three bottles with more than 40 ml in them from his nurse! (He was pretty sleepy when I tried to feed him, and only managed 8 ml, but that's okay.)
They're running his feedings over an hour and a half now (down from two hours), and he seems to be tolerating that with no problem.James and his dad both had eye exams today. (Mike's was probably less painful!) James's eyes look fine, although there's one little spot they want to follow up with to make sure it develops properly, so he'll have a follow-up in three months.
Matthew went on some errands with us today; we're glad he sleeps so well in his stroller!

Seriously, though - James is doing so great!! That's just fab.
How funny that we all noticed the aisle of the store first!! :) Shit, if I had two kids, I'd be in the alcohol aisle too. Oh, hold on, I DO have two kids ... where's the wine??
So glad to hear James is doing well! Which of the pics in the previous post is him? They're both so beautiful. Don't the smiles just make everything worth it??

James is in teh top picture, with me holding him. Matthew is the bottom picture. James still has jaundice so his eyes are somewhat yellow. Also, James has chunkier cheeks.
