Better Living through Dog Chemistry

Stanley was limping on one of his front paws when we got back from Thanksgiving, so we took him to the vet.  She didn't find any immediate problems, but she did say he had arthritis, so now he's on medications for pain. (She also said he should lose a couple of pounds.)  He does seem a lot more cheerful now!  (And the limp went away pretty quickly.)

(Although I'm not sure how much of his good mood is being happy that we're around, instead of just getting visits from the dogsitter.)
