Gethsemane

For your Holy Thursday, some pictures from the Garden of Gethsemane.  The church there is said to be built over the rock where Jesus prayed before his crucifixion (although no one really knows the spot for sure).  The church captures the spirit of the moment -- it's dark and solemn, and part of the decoration of the walls and ceilings is trees arching up and around.
