We took the boys to City Park in Burlington on Saturday, which turned out to be strikingly similar to Pullen Park -- a carousel made by the same manufacturer, the same kiddie boats, an identical-looking train that traveled around a shorter track. The playground area was smaller, but there were a couple more rides, and it was much less crowded. (And as an added bonus, the weather was perfect!)
The boys loved riding in the cars, and especially loved the helicopters and airplanes. Because we didn't have to wait in much of a line for anything, they were able to go on each of them a few times, and have their pick of vehicles. Fun, fun!
