So the doctor just called and James has a fever. It might just be a little cold, it might be another UTI; they don't know so they're running some tests. But that means he has to stay another couple of days.
Ugh. So disappointed.

I am so sorry! I know you had to be looking forward to getting James home! But it will only be a few more days! We are believing that! It is better that they caught it there and you bring him home and have to take him back!!! I am thankful that they are being cautious!!
Well, in a few more days, we can get all excited again!!!!!!

Oh no! So sorry! I know you must be so disappointed. Whatever it is, I hope they figure it out and fix it very quickly, and hopefully it is just a cold or other regular kid thing - and that you have smooth sailing when James finally gets home. Feel better soon James!
