Pizza and Playground

One of the boys' dreams came true -- we got to eat in the van at Satchel's.  (All the other outdoor seating was taken!)  Turns out that the van is not super-comfortable for adults, but the little guys enjoyed it. And the food was delicious as usual (although Matthew and Seth were very disappointed that there was no chocolate cake!)

Then we went to the ninja playground, which James especially liked.

 

Prairie Outing

It was a nice afternoon for an outing at a new park near the end of the prairie.  The noise of the children probably scared away any wildlife, but Seth enjoyed finding some very large sticks!

 

FL Fun

Both the human and the canine cousins have been having a good time in Florida!

 

Merry Christmas!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  The boys had to exercise great patience because cousin Seth did not arrive until 3 PM, so we let them open one present each in the morning and then they had to wait to open the rest. :)  But it was worth it and we had a lovely day.
