New Bounce

 We put together the new trampoline on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.  It went very smoothly -- the kids were a big help.  They have already logged quite a few hours on it, with numerous friends to help.

 

Soccer Return

James was VERY excited to get back to outdoor soccer!  He's especially excited because his best friend is on his team this time.  The team had a great first game, winning something like 21 to 1 (although we wished it hadn't been quite as much of a mismatch -- we felt bad for the kids on the other team!)

 

Happy Twelve

No party this year, but it was a beautiful sunny day for the boys' birthday, so they had fun playing outside with their friends (plus cake and presents and dinner from Olive Garden!)  

 

Chilly Cream

 We met up with our friends at a new ice cream place, even though it was cold out!  We had stopped at Ted's Hot Dogs for dinner first (eating in the car in true pandemic fashion), so we were also technically too full for ice cream.  We thought we'd solve that problem by getting the small size cones, but the "small" turned out to be like three scoops!

Belated Easter :)

 We took our first road trip since the start of the pandemic down to Nora's house for Easter.  It was awesome!  The drive wasn't bad, and the kids (and adults) had a great time playing together. 

 

More Park

Back in April, we went out the park with our friends, and they showed us a whole new part of the park we didn't even know was there!  There were lots of cool things to walk and climb on. :)
