Pumpkin Cousins

 The boys were so excited to have Seth and Uncle Isaac here this weekend! We went out to the pumpkin farm, and the boys had a great time with the straw maze and duck races. There was also a little baby goat that kept trying to make a break for it and see the world. :) 

One of the farm dogs reminded Isaac a lot of Snowball -- except that this dog was so coordinated that she could just jump up the steps of the hay ride while it was still moving. 

Fall Colors

 The fall colors have arrived in Western NY!  We had a nice weather day on Sunday to enjoy them. :)

U Pick

 We went to a new pumpkin patch today, which is actually quite near our house.  Mike liked it because it had freshly-made donuts, Matthew liked it because it had cute goats, and I liked it because it had decorative gourds. :)  James cheerfully went along and enjoyed picking out the pumpkin with the longest stem and a gourd that looked like a jellyfish. :)  (He wanted to get it for "the lols" -- laugh out loud in internet-speak.)  Mike got a different one because it looked like an octopus. 

Matthew was intrigued by the "watermelon squash" :)
